Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting my business! As an independent artist, I am honored to provide you with a personal and high-quality shopping experience. Below you will find the details of my shipping and returns policy for my handmade items and artworks. I do offer some items via drop shipping through Printify. Drop shipped items will follow the shipping and returns policies of Printify.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. For commissioned work, please note that custom pieces will take longer—typically 2-4 weeks—depending on the complexity of the project and my current schedule. I will reach out to you within 5 business days to get all the details and provide an updated timeline.
Shipping Rates: I offer flat-rate shipping for most items, but like processing times – depending on the size of the commissioned work, shipping will likely be more expensive than my flat rate offer. If requested, I can provide a shipping estimate at the start of the project, before work is started.
Packaging: I take great care in packaging each piece of art to ensure it arrives safely. Smaller works and/or cards are typically shipped in flat mailers, while larger pieces may be carefully wrapped and shipped in custom boxes.
Shipping Methods: I ship via USPS and offer both domestic and international shipping options.
International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes that are beyond my control. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on this, please check with your local customs office.
Local Pickup: If you're located in North Alabama/South Tennessee, please reach out before placing your order to inquire about local pickup options!
Returns & Exchanges
Original Art: All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
Commissions: As commissioned pieces are custom-made specifically for you, they are also non-returnable. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the process. I will communicate during the process to make sure your vision is brought to life and that you're happy with the progress at each stage.
All other handmade items: Prints/Stickers/Cards/notebooks: These items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the specific order. Please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damage for reference.
Refunds: If a refund is agreed upon due to damage or loss, the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
